Sessions work well as a regular monthly commitment (one per cycle, to deepen awareness), or as an occasional or one-off appointment.
Sporadic sessions: Can help to enrich your overall menstrual cycle awareness. The occasional MMC session can be the perfect accompaniment to whatever you are already doing with your awareness practice.
A session to accompany a specific time or challenge: If you are in the midst of a creative process or have a big event or a transition in your life, you might like to use an MMC session with the intention of finding some clarity or direction from your cycle.
Deeper ongoing work: Receiving a monthly MMC session as an ongoing practice is an incredibly rich way to work with your cycle. For avid charters and people who are using their cycle as an ongoing spiritual or life practice, I can not recommend monthly MMC sessions enough. They are the perfect tool to keep you curious and engaged with your own cycle developments. The more you have them, the deeper you get to know your cycle, and the more opportunity you have to uncover gems, while also allowing old stories to pass and scope for wisdom to arise.

Before a session, please take time to think about your menstrual cycle and how you relate to it. You might find it useful to keep a chart or diary in the month before we meet.
Before the session, I will ask you to complete a form. From this, I will be able to gain an understating of your relationship with your own cycle.
In many ways, this form is more for you than it is for me. It can help you to get into the right headspace before we meet. Write as much or as little as you like!
When committing to ongoing MMC sessions, you will be provided with monthly practices to focus on. Previous sessions will be revisited at the start of sessions.
Committing to a block of four sessions is the perfect follow on after taking the four week MCA course.
