'MENSTRUALITY IS AN INITIATORY JOURNEY TO POWER; A PSYCHOLOGICAL DEATH AND REBIRTH PROCESS THAT UNFOLDS OVER EACH MENSTRUAL MONTH'

This four-week course is perfect for anyone who wants to gain a deeper understating and relationship with their menstrual cycle. 

The sessions will be held via Zoom over four consecutive weeks. The groups will never be more than eight people, in order to create a space for each person to share.

After the four weeks, course participants will receive four monthly emails inviting them to focus on an aspect of their current menstrual cycle. 

The course fee is £55 per person. 

I offer concessions to people on lower incomes.
